About:

This is a community based behavioral health program. It is designed to increase recovery support services for individuals involved with the criminal justice system with behavioral concerns.

Mission:

Improve healthcare outcomes and reduce recidivism by delivering high-quality community behavioral health services linked with community supervision.

Eligibility Requirements:

Show signs of behavioral Condition like:

18 or older

Involved in criminal system

At risk for future criminal involvement

1. Bipolar

2. depression

3. psychotic disorder

4. PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)

5. OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)

6. Borderline personality disorder

7. panic disorder

8. moderate to severe substance use disorder(s)
